CommonsBase_Win32 ships three primary targets: Wine.Bundle@11.2.0 (the upstream Wine source), Wine@11.2.0 (the cross-built Wine toolchain), and Wenv@0.1.0 (a rule that creates a Windows build environment and its bin/enter launcher). The bundled wait-wineserver.sh helper is derived from the ISC-licensed msvc-wine project; the other wrapper scripts and rules are Diskuv-authored.
